There is a small but well stocked library at Hartington Grove with a wide variety of books available to borrow.
These include Quaker history, theology, prayer and meditation and books on contemporary social issues. New publication are added frequently and suggestions are always welcome.
The Meeting House garden is a beautiful place for all those who visit: adults, children, birds, insects and wildlife. At different times of the year, trees, shrubs and flowers are in their glory.
We work to manage wildlife and biodiversity. Our ginko tree is a glorious colour in Autumn and our pear tree hums with bee visitors in Spring. Picnic tables provide a shaded spot. Yoga groups practice on the lawn and children can play happily in an enclosed, outdoor space.
